Online Statements are offered for viewing PetroBonus statements.

  • View the statement and when you require
  • Save the statements on your computer or print at your convenience.
  • All communications will be delivered to you electronically on your email id.

The following is a brief description of the various features of the Service and requirements for using the Service.

A) BENEFITS OF ONLINE STATEMENTS:

  • Flexibility to view your statement as and when required .
  • Faster communication.
  • Avail 2000 Bonus Petromiles on registration.

B) HOW TO REGISTER FOR ONLINE STATEMENTS

  • Log on www.petrobonus.com and register for online viewing of statements.
  • Fill up the registration form by submitting your Account Id, Card No. Card name, Place of birth, Mother's name, Email ID, Alternate E-mail ID and Date of birth.
  • On successful registration, you will be sent a confirmatory email on the email id provided by you while registering.
  • A voucher for 2000 Petromiles will be sent by email on the email id provided by you while registering. All you need to do is take a printout of the voucher and carry it with you to any Bharat Petroleum pump. The pump attendant will help you in loading 2000 Petromiles voucher on your Petro Card.

C) CHANGE IN PASSWORD – You may change your password or update your profile as and when the need arises. You also have the right to change your password for security reason.

D) ONLINE ACCESS OF PETROMILES STATEMENT - View your Online Statement by logging in using your User ID and password.

E) SUBMISSION OF YOUR FEEDBACK - If you send us any feedback, questions, comments, suggestions or ideas, we will consider you to be giving us permission to use such information and any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques contained in such information.

F) USER RESPONSIBILITIES :

a) PROTECTING YOUR PETROBONUS USERNAME AND PASSWORD - As a PetroBonus Online statement customer you have been given a user id and chosen a password, which also allows you access to this Service. Your responsibility for transactions and other activities that occur or are undertaken using your username and password includes those transactions and activities that may be done by anyone using this Service after logging in with your user id and password.

You are also responsible for keeping your username and password confidential and for ensuring that you have logged out of the Service when your session is complete to prevent unauthorized persons from using the Service.

You agree that you will be the only user of your username and password, that you will not transfer or disclose any of this information to any other person, and that you will be responsible for all usage of this Service.

b) PROVIDING PERSONAL INFORMATION - You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as requested and you agree to not misrepresent your identity.

c) NO ILLEGAL USE OF THE SERVICE - You agree not to use the Service to conduct any business or activity or solicit the performance of any activity that is prohibited by law or any contractual provision by which you are bound. You agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations in connection with the Service.

G) CHANGE IN TERMS OF USE – Bharat Petroleum- PetroBonus reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Any modifications shall be effective when they are posted on this Service.

You will be notified as soon as possible when any changes are made through this service which materially affect your rights, such as changes regarding how your information is maintained or used. It is your responsibility to review these Terms of Use from time to time in order to be aware of any such changes.

H) SECURITY - Information you provide in connection with the Service will be stored on Bharat Petroleum-Petro Bonus's secure server(s) and protected by advanced encryption techniques. These security measures are intended to keep this important information under a virtual lock and key so it may only be used by you; however this security is contingent upon your responsible behavior in protecting your user ID and password for the Service--please use maximum caution in protecting your Service user ID and password.

I) PRIVACY - Bharat Petroleum-PetroBonus is committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will be used only for the purpose of operating the Service and PetroBonus internal purposes (i.e., aggregate demographic analyses, internal marketing studies, and statistical analyses), and , unless you exercise the option to prohibit sharing information outside the PetroBonus family to determine your eligibility for products and services that may be offered by PetroBonus affiliates . Information obtained by PetroBonus solely through the Service will not be disclosed to any third party that is not affiliated with PetroBonus except as permitted or required by applicable law.

J) PROPRIETARY RIGHTS:

a) ACCOUNT INFORMATION - Other than your Account Information, all content included or available on the Service, such as advertisements, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Bharat Petroleum-PetroBonus, and/or third parties and is protected by copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual and proprietary rights. The compilation (meaning the collection, arrangement, and assembly) of all content on the Service is the exclusive property of Bharat Petroleum-PetroBonus and/or its licensors and is protected by copyrights or other intellectual property rights.

b) TRADEMARKS - The trademarks, logos, and service marks displayed on the Service (collectively the "Trademarks") are the registered and unregistered trademarks of Bharat Petroleum-PetroBonus, or third parties. Under no circumstances you may use, copy, alter, modify, or change these Trademarks. Nothing contained on the Service should be construed as granting by implication or otherwise any license or right to use any Trademark without the express written permission of Bharat Petroleum-PetroBonus, or the third party which has rights to such Trademark, as appropriate.

K) LIMITED LIABILI TY FOR USE OF THE SERVICE - We hope you will find the Service to be useful and reliable. However, neither Bharat Petroleum-PetroBonus nor its service providers can make any representations or warranties that you will have continuous or uninterrupted access to the Service or any of its content or functions, or that any of the functions of the Service will be error-free. The service is provided to you "as is" and "as available", and Bharat Petroleum- Petrobonus, and our service providers make no representation or warranties relating to the service (including, without limitation, its performance, availability, contents or functions) or advertisements, or websites, including, without limitation, or non-infringement of third-party rights and title, and any implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Your sole and exclusive remedy for any failure or non-performance of the service (including any associated software in connection with the service) shall be for us to use commercially and reasonably.

L) INDEMNIFICATION - You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Bharat Petroleum- PetroBonus and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, service providers, and licensors harmless from any and all third party claims, liability, damages and/or costs (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from (a) a third party claim, action, or allegation of infringement, misuse, or misappropriation based on information, data, files, or other feedback submitted by you to the Service; (b) any fraud, manipulation, or other breach of these Terms of Use by you; (c) any third party claim, action, or allegation brought against PetroBonus arising out of or relating to a dispute with you over the terms and conditions of an agreement or related to the Petro Card(d) your violation of any law or rights of a third party; or (e) your use, or the provision of the Service or use of your account by any third party. Bharat Petroleum- PetroBonus reserves the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with PetroBonus in asserting any available defenses. You will not settle any action or claims on PetroBonus's behalf without the prior written consent of PetroBonus.

M) TERMINATION - These Terms of Use will be in effect from the date your registration is submitted by you and accepted by PetroBonus and at all times while you are using the Service. Bharat Petroleum-PetroBonus may terminate this Agreement and your use of the Service at any time without notice. All applicable provisions of these Terms of Use shall survive termination by either you or PetroBonus, including, without limitation, provisions related to intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and the miscellaneous provisions.

N) MISCELLANEOUS - These Terms of Use will be construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra , without reference to its conflict-of-laws rules. The sole jurisdiction and venue for actions related to the subject matter hereof shall be the Courts of Mumbai.
